Q1: The cross-cut shredder is stuck. What should i do?
A1: Generally, you can pull the paper up while pressing the \"REV\" button. If the paper jam is serious, you can press the \"FWD\" and \"REV\" keys several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick out the jam.
Q2: Why are there paper scraps in the trash can and on the knives? Have I received a second-hand machine?

Q3: Why doesn't it work after plugging in?
